Hi, I'm Cayla!
Specializing in brightening techniques, color, curly hair, and special occasion styling.
From growing up in the Virginia mountains to moving to beach has been quite the change, but I love living in Wilmington. I'm getting to live in such a cool place while I do a job that brings me so much joy.
I love being able to build connections with my clients and giving them the best salon experience I can give. Consultations are a big a part of making sure that happens.
I became a hairstylist because I love people and I love to make people feel good about themselves. What better way to make someone feel good then giving them a good color, cut, and/or style that brings out their natural beauty. I remember going to the salon with my mom when I was younger and my hairstylist making it such a fun and special experience. I always left feeling good and it quickly became one of my favorite things to do. She really inspired me and now I have the same opportunity to make someone's salon visit as fun and exciting as my former hairstylist did.
Whenever I am not in the salon, I love going to the beach with my friends and family, cooking a delicious meal, reading a good book, going to Starbucks to a get a coffee, going to concerts, and playing the guitar and piano. Another fun fact, I am a huge dog lover with two of my own.
Being a curly girl myself, who has struggled with how to deal with my hair, I would love to help fellow curly girls embrace their natural curls with my tips and tricks. Additionally, I have a passion for brightening blondes, covering or blending grey hair, creating beautiful brunettes, and every color in between.
